The universal value set

The overview of the universal set of statements is like this:

Everything people do has its purpose able to be characterized completely by two functions: survival and communication.

Everything that people create is to make survival and communication as efficient as they can.

All values that any individual holds are used to guide their behavior towards a higher expected efficiency of survival and communication, with consideration to the expectation of other peoples’ behaviours.

Most values are not always/in all situations generating the better outcome than if you did the opposite of what the value tells you to do.

Therefore the key to attain efficiency is reallocation of weights among values to the one which generates the better outcome in whichever situation you have to decide on choices of actions.

All value systems are created to guide a society of individuals to focus towards better outcomes of survival and communication as a whole.

Such value systems will contain value statements which involves the well-being of two or more than two people.

The concluding universal value system would say something like this:

Given a situation and Given a set of actions (which are likely to contain opposing values) to choose from, do the ones that:

(1) Gains your intended party the best outcomes, (2) with the constraint that all cost inflicted on people in your society but outside of your intended party, can be paid back to them by what you have gained in 1.

Thus under the universal value system, values now have a non-contradicory bridge to each other. That bridge is called reallocation of values prioritization.

Language arose to communicate crucial information about resources, social problems, and potential threats. Morality arose to promote cooperation and establish rules that increase the odds of survival.
