Let me think of first what are the chunks of moduls to explain, then next the possible good ways of sequencing it, for different audiences.
Eat sleep sex. But at right time. Double coincidence of wants, double coincidence of time, freuqnecy and intensity increase tending towards pseudo-immortality. That’s what all humans strive for. No MATTER what their current permanent situation is.
coase theorem. The betterment of communication will increase transactions. We negotiate for the right times and promises of reciprocation.
communication science. What is the universal definition of successful and efficient communication? The vessel model. And the contexts models.

pleasure is homeostasis. When do we seek ‘pleasure’? and when do we not seek ‘pleasure’. We seek pleasure (balance) when we need to communicate! Because, we need our brain to function well, our body needs to be in right state to transfer the minerals and vitamins to the brain as good as it can.
Sustainability of your ‘transactions’: is your external harm minimizable? That is where scope of society comes into play. Or more easier, do you have defense against people taking revenge against you for your external harms. That is where, community, in groups and out groups, come into play.

at the end of the day the only pleasure that is likely NOT a homeostasis, is combined sexual/physical intimacy. Whenever you do feel the emotional part of the intimacy, can by my theory simply because you feel safe and you KNOW you will be reciprocated, because your communication is going to be correct AND your partners know how to communicate.
Tending towards immortality. That’s what all humans strive for. No MATTER what their current permanent situation is. And therefore it creates a market for in group out group, oppression and hoarding. And disincentivices truth seeking. Because truth seeking does not lead to the above chains, it leads loads of people from LOADS of communities AWAY from their rendition of the chains, and hence leads to mass exodus of people wanting you down and out forever.
